Why Choose Us?
As a landlord, your responsibilities extend beyond managing your rental property. Balancing a career, family, and personal interests leaves little time for managing rental property effectively. Let us take this responsibility off your shoulders so you can focus on what matters most. After all, nothing is worse than a late Friday night call from your tenant letting you know that their toilet is overflowing.
We have dedicated personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ready to respond to any emergency situation that may arise. You can sleep easy at night knowing that you own rental property, but it doesn’t own you.

Discover Barstow
Barstow is located in San Bernardino County in the Mojave Desert of the High Desert of Southern California. Barstow started as a mining town known as Daggett in the late 1860s. It was founded after John Daggett found silver in the mountains near the area. This discovery quickly turned the area into a mining center. In 1888, the Santa Fe Railroad made its way to Daggett and the town was renamed “Barstow” after Santa Fe president, William Barstow Strong. In 1896, all of the silver in the area had been mined and the mine shut down. It is estimated that $90 million in silver was taken from the mines and $9 million in borax. Throughout the 20th century, Barstow continued to thrive with the construction of Route 66 through the area and became famous after John Steinbeck wrote his novel, “The Grapes of Wrath.” Barstow is now considered the transportation hub of the Mojave Desert due to the convergence of I-40, I-15 and State Highway 58 within its city limits.
